At Toysmith, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
